We ensure all scooters are well-maintained and ready to go. Each scooter is equipped with two helmets of varying sizes and a mobile phone holder to assist you during your ride.

Creating an emmy account involves the following steps:

1. Download the emmy app and register for €4.95, which includes 15 free minutes.
2. Sign up & verify your EU or EEA driver’s license. Once approved, you are eligible to ride our electric mopeds.
3. Begin your ride: use the app to locate and reserve a scooter at no cost.
4. End your rental by parking in designated public parking areas within the operational zone.

How do you start an emmy electric moped?

1. Open the helmet box: press the red button to retrieve a helmet.
2. Position yourself between the moped and lift it off the kickstand by pushing the handlebars forward.
3. Ensure the green switch on the right handlebar is set to “Ready,” with the side stand fully folded. For Yadea models, press the “P” button.
4. Start the engine: simultaneously squeeze the brake and press the “Down” switch on the left handlebar. Once activated, you are prepared to ride.
